JAID Architects is an up and coming young firm established in 2011 and posses a rich and diversified presence across several core sectors in the construction industry. Our track record boasts of wide range of projects in various sectors such as leisure, commercial, residential, industrial and retail sectors from south to north Kerala. BRIJESH

Brijesh Unni is the Principal Architect and Director of JAID Architects. Under his guidance JAID has done many prestigious projects thus establishing it as a leading consultant based in Thrissur. A design oriented hands on construction and development professional with fifteen years of both national and international experience remains the backbone of JAID. He approaches a new project with uninhibited enthusiasm and zeal of design. His involvement begins right from the inception stage of project with the development of the concept plans and ends only at the project handing over. All through at every state he oversees the design development, tendering, appointment of the contractor, supervision, material selection ensuring a product of the highest quality within the project program.

A university rank holder graduated from MESSOA (MES School of Architecture), Ar. Pooja Brijesh is the creative head of JAID. She is skilled at understanding the regional architectural character and developing modern interpretations. An expert in recreating buildings and homes that brings relaxation and contentment which reveals her belief in intrinsic simplicity and honesty in architecture. Being the interior stylist of JAID, her approach to projects is with a unique design insight and creative edge that drives her as it allows her to dream and visualize beautiful spaces. Both while creating spaces and stylizing those spaces there is a constant exploration doing with experimentation with materials and construction technologies.
